Stop Negative Thinking Part2

The fact that someone has negative thoughts means that person already has some doubts in him or he is already losing his confidence. It is a very vital part of the development of negative thinking because if someone lets pessimism gets into his head once then it is possible for him to have the same idea over and over again.

This is why being aware of the possible effects of negative thinking is really important. It might help someone stop his negative thinking or even before it happens. Here are some of the effects of negative thinking:

Short-term or Immediate Effects

It makes a person feel worse, as well as the situation the person is in. Having negative ideas often makes a person feel less of himself. People who have negative thoughts usually lose their "can do" attitude and replace them with the idea that they can't. It does not just make the person worse but also his situation. Losing the nerve to go further only leaves the problem unsolved and make it worse or even worse.

It adds negative values in a person's life. Being a pessimist does not only affect the present situation but also the whole aspect life of a person.
Any negative idea a person allows to take over his mind adds negative values to his whole point of view. It obstructs a person from taking steps to achieve his goals.

People usually think that it is their instinct that tells them not to take a step towards success. But in reality, it is just the negative thoughts they have in their minds that make them afraid to take any step.

These effects show that the moment a person has negative thoughts in him, it already causes him to have a negative environment and stops him from making any progress.

Long- Term Effects

Having Less confidence than before: People who always think negatively usually lack confidence. It is because of the immediate effect of negative thinking which, in the long run, also leads to having very low self-esteem. It is not just they think that they are not capable of doing anything; it makes them think that they should not trust themselves because in every action they take, only failures await.

Having less happiness and enjoyment in life: Negative thoughts also cause a person to forget how to have happiness and enjoyment. It is because a number of negative ideas easily outweigh the positive thoughts, which makes a person disregard any possible happiness and enjoyment he might have.

Having less energy or the courage to go further: They say that courage is important in order to achieve success. But through negative thinking, a person learns to disregard any positive results of his courageous steps. Therefore, he does not take any action.

Having less social interaction with other people because of the negative environment: A person who always think negatively tend to overlook the importance of social interaction. Some of them think that other people will not like who they are, which makes them not try to get along with other people.

Having a less worthwhile life: Filling up your mind with negative thoughts also makes you fill up your life with negative experiences. When a person lets every chance given to him slip off his hand, it also makes him lose all the chances for achievement. Thus, leading to a not so worthy kind of life.

Having less peace of mind or a troubled mind: People who have lots of negative thoughts in their minds tend to come up with many negative outcomes. It makes them uneasy most of the time which also causes further problems. Becoming less healthy: Pessimists tend to become unhealthier than those with positive thoughts. It is the same with being stressed; the more stress you let yourself be, the less healthy you will be.

Becoming too problematic or having too many worries in life: Negative thoughts are usually sources of much bigger problems. When someone has filled his mind with negative ideas, they also tend to come up with other problems which make them even more problematic.

Becoming too fragile when it comes to handling challenges: They say that failure makes a person stronger. But for people who have negative thoughts in mind, it only makes them more fragile every time they experience a disappointment. This leads to a weaker and more vulnerable personality.

Losing the chance of success: All of the effects of negative thinking, whether short-term or long-term ones, mostly lead down to losing any sight of success. Pessimists let their negative ideas pre-occupy their minds before they even take another step. It is the bitter reality of having negative thoughts, it does not give any positive results unless you decide to turn the tale on your own.

Experiencing these effects of negative thinking often makes a person feel more dejected. It might make the person let more negative ideas sink on his mind. On the other hand, these effects might also help the person turn the table. Knowing how it feels to be a pessimist and being aware of what it can do to yourself through self-experience, sometimes help the person to change his way of thinking. It is important to let someone appreciate every challenge and experience he has. Knowing that a negative way of thinking does not make you a better person can contribute to a massive change. It will help a person value his positive thoughts and ignore any negative ideas.

Money Saving Tips!

The majority of people in today's society struggle to save. We all seem to want the newest and the best, even if we can't afford it. Credit cards and loans are leading people to financial ruin, and even worse, schools aren't teaching us how to save properly either.

I will show you simple steps that will help you begin saving and change your attitudes to money in the process. Money is an abundant resource, and we need to realize there is plenty to go around. Once you have some savings, it's easy to turn it into more and more money in a short time. Whether through a business, real estate, stock market, or some other form of investing you can make a lot more money once you have initial savings.

Here you will learn the skills that will have you successfully saving, and if you follow the steps laid out, you will be one step closer to financial freedom!

We do not skim the surface at Aakasha's Naturals. This is Alchemy for your soul! I will explain to you tips and techniques that will help you successfully reduce your expenses and save more of your hard-earned cash.

It's normal to spend money on a daily basis, but what is not normal is not noticing that some of these expenses are actually more impulsive than necessary. Here you will learn about the simplest ways to save money, which are the usual culprits for not being able to save, and further tips on cutting costs efficiently.

  1. Believing There's Always Another Time for Saving

It's common for people to put off saving because they are either already in the middle of a financial crisis or simply caught up in a shopping spree.

It could also be said that people don't feel financially secure, so they think that starting to save might just make things difficult. What happens is the development of this mindset- "I can start later."

Sometimes this "later" never comes, or when it does, there are emergencies and other more pressing financial matters needing attention. In the end, there's really no better time to start saving than now.

2. Letting Money Run its Own Course

Without organized finances and set goals, people end up buying things they want randomly and impulsively. Oftentimes, because people put off saving, they are unable to produce money to buy whatever they set out to purchase. It takes months, if not weeks, for them to produce the right amount to afford what they need. Sometimes their goals are pushed so far from their expected deadline or, on some occasions, even entirely forgotten.

3. Thinking Independence/Not Being Tied Down Doesn't Require Saving

People with families are not the only ones who should be thinking about saving money. At some point in your life, you will grow old, become obsolete in your career or simply experience financial difficulties. During these trying times, you will wish you had some "back up" stored somewhere to help you survive.

Aside from that, just because you are flying solo, it doesn't mean that the things you buy impulsively don't add up to much.

It might surprise you but most single (not in a relationship) individuals spend twice as much, if not equivalent, as a person who has children or a family. Weekly take-out dinners, designer clothes, dry cleaning bills, exclusive DVD sets, and entertainment systems just to name a few, are infinitely more expensive than a month's worth of diapers.
